From SEA-TAC AIRPORT
Take the LINK Light Rail to Capitol Hill Station. 10 minute walk to Roy Street Commons.
UBER/Lyft comes right to our door from the airport or LINK station.
Parking
Roy Street Commons does not have on-site parking, but here are some options.
Street Parking, on 12th Ave E: 2 hour limit from 7AM-6PM, unpatrolled from 4pm-9am and weekends.
Free 24 hour Parking, near Volunteer Park: 5 blocks north of the building.
Paid Parking, public lot: Diamond Parking, 615 10th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98102 (rates change daily)
Transportation Options
LINK Light Rail
Capitol Hill Station is 5 blocks to the south and will bring you from Sea-Tac Airport to Roy Street Commons. You will need to purchase an ORCA pass. It runs north to the University of Washington.
Buses
Run every 7 minutes on Broadway going north and south to downtown Seattle. It is possible to connect to everywhere from downtown Seattle. Just ask the bus driver.
Walking
Is a very viable, wonderful option. Uber and Lyft arrive in minutes. Across town is usually around $8.
Bike Share / Rental
Rental bikes are usually on the sidewalks throughout the city. Download their app to locate one. Limebike (green), JUMP (red), and SPIN (orange). Limebike has electric assist. The first ride is usually free. Ride a bike to Ballard, have dinner and Uber back. Walk to the University of Washington and electric assist up the hill when you return.
