Please request a cancellation using the Airbnb app.
- In the Airbnb app, go to Trips and choose your trip
- Tap Your home reservation. If you’re already on your trip, you may need to click your check-in date to find this info.
- Tap Cancel
We cannot issue refunds because Airbnb handles the payment.
Note: Your reservation may be subject to cancellation fees.

Booking.com Cancellations
There are two ways you can cancel your Booking.com reservation:
1. Do it online – You can cancel or change your booking via Booking.com’s self-service tool ‘My Booking.com’ which you can access HERE.
2. Call customer support – You can also call Booking.com customer service, and a live human will help you. 1 (888) 850-3958
We cannot issue refunds because Booking.com handles the payment.
